A certain contract manufacturing enterprise in Guangdong consulted our company online. The customer required high uniformity of mixing, fast efficiency, etc., and also needed frequent product changes. After contact and communication, it was found that this enterprise is currently using all types of mixers, but none of them can meet the customer's requirements. Ultimately, both sides reached an agreement to conduct a mixed experiment and prove it with facts. The final experimental results showed that the trace elements with an addition amount of only 1% were evenly mixed within 8 minutes, and it far exceeded the customer's expectations. After the factory layout and process communication, the customer placed an order for 5sets JHY1000 dual motion mixers at one time. In the following years, several more JHY600 and JHY800 mixers were ordered successively.
