The JHS-P double cone batch mixer is used to combine batch the small batches of products, while spraying a small amount of liquid inside to ensure consistency in product performance for a large batch. Therefore, it requires equipment with large capacity, uniform spraying, stable operation, and safe use, while not requiring high mixing standards. Operating procedures

1. Machine inspection. Install the machine, adjust the cylinder, and rotate flexibly. The cylinder is a rotating component, and the operator should not approach the working machine to avoid injury.

2. Loading. The optimal loading rate through the loading port is 45% -50%. After loading, close the loading port cap and adjust the mixing time.

3. Determine the mixing time. The mixing time can be controlled by time and should be set before the mixer starts working. When the machine reaches the preset time, it will automatically stop (during this period, by pressing the stop button, the machine can also stop working).

4. Start the JHS-P spray double cone mixer.

A. Press the "Prepare"+"Operate" or "Shake" buttons to start the machine working. This double key operation method is for the safety of operators and to prevent personal injury caused by one key misoperation.

B. When the mixer is working, turn on the spray pump to spray liquid into the rotating cylinder. When the fluid injection capacity meets the material needs, please manually turn off the power of the spray pump.

Note: This operation is independent and independent of the working state of the mixer.

C. When the mixer stops working, turn on the spray pump to check its working status in real-time.

5. Unloading. Press the "Stop" button to end mixing, rotate the discharge port to the lower right position by pressing the "Shake" button, place a loading container at the lower end of the discharge port, open the discharge port valve, and wait until all materials are completely discharged.

Operating procedures for fluid injection system of JHS-P stainless steel food coffee particle mixer

1. Notification

A. Before using the metering pump, please add gear lubricating oil to the oil gauge.

B. Before opening the metering pump, ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed (valve open)

C. When the metering pump stops working, the metering pump should be turned off first, and then the outlet pipe valve should be closed.

D. The outlet pipeline pressure must be greater than the inlet pipeline pressure.

E. Avoid solid particles in the liquid pumped by the metering pump.

2. Check the working position of the liquid injection system before equipment operation

A. Disconnect the spray pump outlet pipe

B. Ensure that there is sufficient liquid in the reservoir.

C. Turn on the manual power switch of the spray pump and start working independently. Observe if there is any liquid flowing out, if so, it indicates that the machine is functioning properly. Otherwise, please investigate the cause of the malfunction.

D. Check if the nozzle is blocked, and if so, clean it thoroughly.

3. Preparation of the spray system before starting the mixer

A. Adjust the flow rate of the fluid by manually operating the rotating rod behind the liquid pump (adjusting the flow rate between 50% -100% of the rated flow rate).

B. Ensure that there is sufficient liquid in the reservoir.
