JHCS Double screw cone mixer is a new type of high-efficiency and high-precision mixing equipment. The machine adopts a set of motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer to form revolution and rotation, and uses the principle of combining the rotary motion of the long and short stirring screws with the rotary motion of the two screws, so that the materials with different proportions can achieve the ideal mixing degree and mixing time. Due to the revolution of the double helix, the powder moves in a circular motion along the cone wall. The rotation of the helical blade makes the powder discharge radially to the center of the cone. The powder is discharged from the cone to the upflow and the outer circumferential surface of the spiral, that is, the mixing in the direction of the spiral axis. The combination of the revolution and rotation of the screw in the mixer results in four flow forms of the powder, that is, the compound movement of convection, shear, diffusion and infiltration. Therefore, powder materials can be quickly and uniformly mixed in this mixer.

Features
