For example, in a mixing task with a trace element content of 1% and a total of 100 kilograms of mixed powder, first take out 1 kilogram of trace elements and mix it with an equal amount of 1 kilogram of main powder; Mix for a certain period of time before mixing with an equal amount of 2 kilograms of main powder; Mix for a certain period of time and then mix with an equal amount of 4 kilograms of main powder Until all 100 kilograms of main powder are mixed evenly. This method requires a large amount of manual operation, is time-consuming, labor-intensive, has multiple links, and is prone to errors.

4、 Using a mixer with super strong mixing ability to solve the mixing problem of trace elements
