Wet powder needs to be dried before mixing with dry powder

In the classic mixing process, it is necessary to test the mixed materials. If the moisture content of food powder is above 10% and the moisture content of metal powder is above 5%, drying and dehydration treatment is required. Make the powder meet the standard requirements for normal mixing.

The reason is that increasing the humidity and moisture content of the powder will reduce the fluidity of the powder, increase the viscosity of the powder, increase the mixing resistance, increase the difficulty of mixing, decrease the mixing efficiency, and in severe cases, lead to mixing failure.

Therefore, before mixing, the powder with excessive water content must be dehydrated and dried to ensure smooth and uniform mixing.
